It is true! they are not being entered! Why not? There is a major flaw in the game, when you enter a staff offer and then close the game, even if you save it, they are all erased. The only way to get around this bug is to enter offers and then sim ahead a day. If you are already at the end of your sim for the day, you need to enter them at the start of a sim, so either go back and do it from the start, or do it at the start of the next sim. If you are really having problems and you need to enter them right now! You can edit them in the file.....here is how.

1. Open the staff.ehm file in your save game folder.

2. Hit CTRL-F to search and look for the name of the staff member you need to edit.

3. Look for the #'s that are hilighted below:

The first # is a 0 in this example, in line 5, this is his team.
The second # is a 283300 in this example, this is his salary.
The third # is a 2 in this example, this is the years on his contract.

You can use that to edit a staff member onto a team, or fix one you screwed up, that is all!
