Language
It's a french talking league, so most of us are either from France or
Quebec. But anyone who fluently talks french is welcome.
Consistency Checks
We recently changed our consistency policy
We let EHM manage the drop by using this scale :
- - 17-22 yrs, NO DROP
- - 23-26 yrs, maximum drop 20% max
- - 27-31 yrs, maximum drop 30% max
- - 32 yrs and +, maximum drop 40% max
Trading Control
Trade committee only for big trades, else the commissioners decide to
accept a trade or not. The reason for this is we had a lot of rookies
at the beginning, & we wanted to prevent franchises to be hurt.
we're keeping that system even if only very few trades have to be rejected
(if it hurts a franchise or if financial rules are broken)

even know EHM before
