Time spent daily on league work
Commish: Anywhere from 1-2 hours per sim. However, they're on the forum
boards constantly for more than an hour a day.
General Manager: 15-30 minutes shall be enough downlaoding the save
and sending instructions/lines
Simulation Speed
3 days per week, 7 EHM days per real day.
7 days a week in playoffs, 1 game per team.
Simulation Presentation
Records, Past Awards, Past Trades, Past Suspensions are on site in a
big archive section. Results posted on forum boards every sim.

Consistency Checks
To belong to the ITC, our general managers must consistently be active
members of the league. We don't put very must empthasis upon regular
activity checks, although we do have them. We create a participation
points award system, where we award the active members of the league.
The purpose of the system is to reward and allow 4th round draft picks
to become superstars in the league, much like in the real NHL.
Trading Control
Trading is monitored by the simmers, and commish. We try to be fairly
leniant, but we won't allow a trade that degenerates a team too badly.

We're currently in the 2nd season, we've just concluded the draft.

Pretty new. It was right before the NHL officially came back into action.
Magazine
If you like writing, you'll love our league. We award writers by giving
them a participation point for every article that they write upon their
team, with a max up to 28.

Yep, we have a fairly detailed rulebook on the website.
Year-End Awards
We got 'em. We add new awards on a regular basis, so if you have a suggestion,
it could very possibly go in. They're done manually, we don't use the
game version.
Hall of Fame
Yep. We have that too.
EHM Knowledge
No need for knowledge, only dedication. However, there isn't too many
people in this league that don't know what they're doing.
NHL-EHM Switch
Maybe. Not very likely though.
Arena Expansion:
Yep. It comes with the participation points award system. We also allow
the arena to be renamed.
Draft Lottery:
It is very close to the NHL, but with a few differences.
Retirement System:
We have our own system to decide which players will leave us and be
inducted into the hall of fame.
