Simming Speed: 6 days, 2-3 EHM per real day.

Time spent daily on league work
Commish: Around 1 hour per sim, being a 6 seasons commish veteran helps in doing things fast
General Manager: 15-30 minutes shall be enough downlaoding the save and sending instructions/lines

Simulation Speed
6 days per week, 2-3 EHM days per real day.
7 days a week in playoffs, 1 game per team.

Simulation Presentation
Standings, Conference Standings, Players Stats and a lot of other stats like Records, Past Awards, Past Trades, Past Suspensions are on site in a big archive section. Results posted on main page everyday with game resumes sometimes.

Consistency Checks
Con drops are considered a risk of trading and aren't modified

Trading Control
Trade committee is in place and veto a trade ony if it would cause serious harm to the team or the league

1 head-commish (only one simming) 2 co-commish, 2 conference president, 1 special advisor: big names there: Gil Dubois (myself) Shakes (EHL Commish), Chris Burton (THL Commish), Pete Oakley, Ryan Eisenstein, Matt Hebert

One of the biggest rulebook of EHM community BUT splitted in 2 sections: important rules and complete rulebook

All-Star Classics
East/West format taken in charge by Co-commish Hebert based on FHL method.

Year-End Awards
We use the game award and GM vote for the Risto Remes award (Gm of the Year)

Hall of Fame
Yes, a maximum of 3 players can be inducted every season, some can also be carryovers for next seasons, voted by staff.

EHM Knowledge
No need for knowledge, only dedication

NHL-EHM Switch
Not going to happen, even tough we might have some undercover projects

FINANCES:
UNIQUE financial system: each team started season one with a 55M$ cap and each team went up every year by 10% of profits announced by shareholders. So every team now have a different salary cap based on financial performances.

ARENA EXPANSION:
You can choose to exapnd your arena and/or upgrade your salary cap.

DRAFT LOTTERY:
Basically following NHL one but with some differences.
