I would love to explain this more, but it is a tough thing to define. The last 4 
numbers are the scouts ID # that is scouting the player. there are 3 lines of 10 sets
of numbers. Each line represents a team. The first # for example, in this case
14540005 for Gomez is the Ducks scouting report. Scout # 0005 is scouting Gomez. 
There is no chart available for all the scouts #'s, but you can easily look in your
game and see who is scouting him for the Ducks. Maybe someday someone will take the 
time to write out all the scouts.....good luck.
